I Love My Guitar

For my 19th birthday I was given a Taylor Guitar (model #510, serial #1108). This instrument is so beauty for so many reasons.
1) Sentimental: it was the last present that my parents gave me together before they split up... and it's a musical instrument - one the of best gifts anyone can give.
2) Maturity: When I got this guitar it was 20 years old and guitars "come into" their sound when they reach about that age, 13 years later it is even better. One of our Resource members, Plinko, has a new Taylor and it sounds great but still nothing like my old one. Plinko's is beautiful with a cut-away and a pickup but I still wouldn't trade.
3) Class: Taylor is so well respected and people who know their guitars respect them for the great neck (thin like an electric) and that "Taylor Sound".
